Athanasia Pappargeris Obituary (1943 - 2019)

METHUEN, MASSACHUSETTS~ Athanasia Pappargeris, 75, of Lawrence, died Friday February 8, 2019 at Holy Family Hospital in Methuen. She was born December 15, 1943 in Aspro Pellas, Greece the daughter of Stelious and Komnini (Varella) Stamatopoulos. Athanasia was predeceased by her husband, Argeris Pappargeris in 1996. She is survived by her son, Christos Pappargeris, her son, Anastasios Pappargeris and her daughter, Komnini Pappargeris. A graveside service will be held at the Maine Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Civic Center Drive in Augusta in the spring. Every person’s destiny is their own. Death is a barrier that we pass through, not a destination, nor an end. Universe is much wider than our perceptions, and thus there is hope for a greater understanding in the future of this body’s life and future lives. It is certain that this body’s life is but one of many and that what matters is that we allow our progressions through lives to teach us.
