OAKLAND ? Audrey H. Greaves, 79, of Oakland, formerly of Harrington Park, N.J., loving mother and grandmother, passed away on July 15, 2002, after a brief illness. At one time, she had been a member of the Bergen County Republican Committee, and had also been active with the Cub Scouts, Girl Scouts and the Ladies Auxiliary of the Harrington Park Volunteer Fire Department. Audrey is survived by her children, Steven C. Greaves of Oakland, Lori Greaves Navalny of Harrington Park, and Michael R. Greaves of Shawford, England; her brother, Robert Hammond of San Jose, Calif.; her sister, Gloria Hammond of Prescott, Ariz.; her grandchildren, Jennifer D. and Nikolas C. Navalny and Ian O. and Michael C. Greaves. She was predeceased by her husband, Clive D. Greaves with whom she was a full partner in business, love, life and all other aspects of the world. They were married in July 1950. Calling hours are from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday, July 20, at Pizzi Funeral Home, 120 Paris Avenue, Northvale, N.J., where a memorial service will be held at 7:30 p.m. Saturday. A private service will be held in Maine at a future date, at which time the ashes of Bud and Audrey will be joined and their lives together celebrated.
