MANCHESTER ? Beulah A. Kimball, 107, of Manchester, died Thursday, March 21, 2002, at Heritage Manor in Winthrop. She was born in Lisbon Falls, Sept. 5, 1894, the daughter of William P. and Alice (Jordan) Allen. She was educated in Augusta schools and Maine Central Institute in Pittsfield. Beulah was married to the late Earle C. Kimball until his death in 1967. She was a lifelong member of Green Street United Methodist Church, joining the church in 1906 at the age of 12. The church was known then as the Methodist Episcopal Church. It was under the ministry of Henry E. Dunnach, who later officiated at her wedding to Earle in 1914. Beulah was also a member of Manchester Community Church, joining while a resident of Manchester. She was a member of the American Bible Society, the Christian Civic League of Maine, the People's Gospel Hour of Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada, World Vision, the American Board of Missions to the Jew, and the Red Cross Constantine. She was predeceased by her husband in 1967 and one son, Arnold A. Kimball, in 1985. Survivors include her son, Earle A. Kimball and his wife, Eloween, of Manchester; special friends, Dalene Pelton and her husband, Daryl, of Wayne, Vicky Pelton, of Wayne, and Regina Waitt and her husband, Royal, of Wayne; seven grandchildren, Deane A. Kimball and his wife, Maureen, of Somerset, Mass., Nancy Bonenfant and her son, Matthew, of Manchester, Sheila E. Kimball of Taunton, Mass., Aaron Kimball of Sandusky, Ohio, Earl Kimball of Canton, Mich., Allen Kimball of Whitmore Lake, Mich., and Karle Kimball of Whitmore Lake, Mich.; seven great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Relatives and friends may visit from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, March 24, at Knowlton & Hewins Funeral Home, 1 Church St., Augusta. A funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, March 25, at Manchester Community Church with the Rev. Ernest Johnson officiating. Burial will follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Augusta.
