FAYETTE - Leroy A. Pollis Sr., 86, died at his home in Fayette on Saturday, May 1, 2004. He was born in Madison on April 1, 1918, the son of George and Grace (McKenney) Pollis. Friends and family are invited to attend his burial at 1 p.m. June 26, at Fayette Mills Cemetery on the Tom Surry Road, opposite Fayette Central School, followed by a celebration of his life at the home of Keith and Darcie Pollis, the brown house beyond the cemetery at the end of the road. Arrangements are in the care of Roberts Funeral Home, 62 Bowdoin St., Winthrop.
