Paul worked as a truck driver for 30 years, a career that he loved. Most recently, he worked for the town of Monmouth at the transfer station, another job he enjoyed. Paul was married to Shirley Cassarino in May 1986 and immediately became the stepfather of four children and father of one. Paul's survivors include his wife and partner of 23 years, Shirley (Cassarino) Danskin; two stepsons and two stepdaughters, William and Robert Martel of Manchester, N.H., Victoria Howard of Auburn and Sallyann Martel of Pittston; one son, Shawn Danskin of Monmouth; many, many grandchildren; six children from Massachusetts; and two brothers, Allan Danskin of Warren and John Danskin of Vermont. Paul has touched so many lives and, with his passion for life, has inspired many people. At his request, there will be no services. Friends and family are welcome and encouraged to call on Paul's family, either by telephoning or visiting the family's home in Monmouth.
