MOUNT VERNON ?Philip l. 'Tiny' Lucas Jr., 57, of Plains Road, died Monday, April 15, 2002, at MaineGeneral Medical Center in Augusta. He was born in Augusta, June 2, 1944, the son of Eleanor (Rose) and Philip Lucas Sr. He attended schools in Readfield and Augusta and was the owner and operator of Lucas Enterprises for more than 35 years. He was predeceased by a daughter, Sharon Webber in 1992. He is survived by hs wife, Elizabeth Lucas of Mount Vernon; his mother, Eleanor Lucas of Readfield; three sons, Philip Lucas III and his wife, Lisa, of Readfield, Michael Lucas and his wife, Patty, of Winthrop, and Jeffrey Webber and his fiancee, Shannon Roussell, of Mount Vernon; three daughters, Brenda Lucas Sullivan of Monmouth, Penny Lucas of Winthrop, and Stephanie Webber and her fiance, Jeffrey Dubord, of Rome; four brothers, Ernest Lucas, Robert Lucas and Scott Lucas, all of Readfield, and James Lucas of Chelsea; five sisters, Phyllis Farris of China, Beverly Foss, Cindy Tims and Vivian Gaboury, all of Readfield, and Priscilla Young of Chelsea; several nieces, nephews cousins, aunts and uncles. Visiting hours will be 6-8 p.m Wednesday, April 17, at Roberts Funeral Home, 62 Bowdoin St., Winthrop. A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at East Readfield Cemetery, Readfield. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Central Maine Medical Center, Cystic Fibrosis, Main Street, Lewiston, in memory of Sharon Webber.
