WAYNE - Robert W. Taylor, 59, of Wayne, died Jan. 16, 2011, at Central Maine Medical Center following a brief illness. He was born in Augusta in 1951 to Ralph Edward Taylor and Barbara Adele Savage Taylor of Wayne. Bobby was a lifetime resident of Wayne, a lover of the outdoors, animals, his family and friends. He was a skilled craftsman and a jack-of-all-trades. He will be remembered as a faithful friend, a loving father and a kind soul. May he rest in peace. Robert was predeceased by his parents and nephew Aton Hylton. He is survived by daughter April Taylor, who was the center of his world. He also leaves April's family, husband Aaron Watson and their sons, Aiden and Logan; as well as three sisters, Betsi Taylor and husband Howard Hatch of Augusta and children Virgil, Ben and Katie Bozeman; Susan Hylton of Miami, Fla., and children Mak, Rose and Leo Hylton; and Patricia and John Lind of Monmouth and children Nate, Patrick, and Whitney Taylor Lind. Graveside services will be held in the spring when Bobby will be laid to rest in Eustis with his family. Arrangements are in the care of Roberts Funeral Home, 62 Bowdoin St., Winthrop.
