WINTHROP ? Anita Annette True, 36, died unexpectedly Thursday, Dec. 12, 2002, at MaineGeneral Medical Center in Augusta. She was born in Augusta, Nov. 5, 1966, the daughter of Charles Earl and Rose Freeman (Berry) True. Anita attended Winthrop schools. She was an avid homemaker who loved to read. She liked going to the fairgrounds and this year was able to enjoy both the Monmouth and Litchfield fairs. She was predeceased by her mother, Rose Freeman, Aug. 19, 2000. She is survived by her father, Charles True Sr. of Wilton; her stepfather, William Freeman of Winthrop; her fiance, John J. Smith, also of Winthrop; her two sons, Alex Francis Slocomb of Harrison and Dennis Allan Donaldson of Somersworth, N.H.; her daughter, Krystle True, of Bath; and her brother and sister, Charles Earl True Jr. and Tanya Marie Hatt, both of Canada. Friends and relatives are invited to visit from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Dec. 16, at Roberts Funeral Home, 62 Bowdoin St., Winthrop. A graveside service will be held in the spring at Glenside Cemetery, Turkey Lane, Winthrop, Maine.
