AUGUSTA - Cliff Shea, 60, of Augusta, Maine passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 18, 2026, with his loving wife of 40 years, Jean, by his side.

Born in Waterville, Maine, Cliff worked as a woodsman and laborer, forming many lasting friendships throughout the years, including his special friend, George Gray.

Cliff was a devoted husband to Jean and a loving father to her children, Ted and Paul.

He enjoyed fishing, baseball, and basketball, and found joy in giving back to his community. Through his volunteer work with children’s sports at church and the wooden toys he lovingly made for children, Cliff shared his time, talents, and kindness with others.

Cliff will be remembered for the friendships he made, the lives he touched, and the love he shared with his family.

Services for Cliff will be private.
