AUGUSTA ~ David H. Tondreau, 69 of Augusta, died Wednesday February 10, 2021 at his home. He was born in Augusta October 23, 1951 the son of Conrad and Ruth (Fletcher) Tondreau. David attended Cony High School and joined the Army soon after. He served in Vietnam for just over 4 years. David worked as a truck driver and heavy equipment operator for many years. His true loves in life were his family, his country and his pug dogs. David was predeceased by his father, Conrad Tondreau and his brother Lionel Tondreau. He is survived by his wife, JoAnn (Noble) Tondreau; his mother, Ruth; his children, David Heath Tondreau, Brandon Tondreau and his wife Lisa and Amanda Lemarre and her husband, Gerald all of Carthage, Texas; a brother, Gary Tondreau and his wife Lorena of Sidney; his sisters, Cheryl Dutil and her husband Jim, Laurie Tondreau and Valerie Schriver and her husband, Mike all of Augusta; ten grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews as well as his pug “Candy” A graveside service will be held later in the Spring.
