WINTHROP- Dean Barron passed away unexpectedly on August 6th, 2021. Dean is the son of the late Dr and Mrs Richard Barron. Dean grew up in Monmouth, Maine. He attended Kents Hill High School and attended SMVTI and Barton Community College. He started his early career as a mechanic in the private sector and then in the US Army. His real love was for computers and spent the better part of his life working on or around computers. He was a partner at Maine New Media and an SEO expert at Rainmaker SEO. In the last several years he became active with many Gold Star Family programs in the State of Maine after the loss of his son, US Marine Corporal Joshua Barron. Dean is survived by his wife, Sharon Barron of Monmouth, Maine. His daughter Sarah Yeo, Son in law Tyler Yeo and his two granddaughters, Zoe and Stella of Dayton, Maine. His sisters, Cathy Barron Feller of Colorado and Jennifer Barron of Maine. Nieces, Mia and Samantha Feller of Colorado and Ellisha and Zoe Hunt from Maine and a nephew, Gabriel Hunt of Maine. He is predeceased by his son Corporal Joshua Barron, Mother, Jane Barron, Father Richard Barron MD, sister Roberta K Barron, Father and Mother in-law Winthrop and Mary Kenfield.
