WINTHROP- Eileen C. Baczewski, 71, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 25, 2024 at the Andwell Hospice House, after her long fight with cancer. She is the wife of Carl Baczewski. Eileen was born on September 10, 1953, in Manchester, NH. She is the daughter of Raymond and Marian (Wallace) Jordan. Eileen grew up in Georgetown Mass., attended Georgetown High School, graduating in 1971. Eileen furthered her education at Mary Hitchcock School of Nursing, in Hanover, NH, graduating in 1975 becoming a Registered Nurse. Eileen worked as a kidney dialysis RN for over 25 years at a number of Kidney Care Dialysis Centers throughout Massachusetts. Eileen and her husband raised their 4 children in Hampton, NH for 34 years and upon retirement she relocated to their summer home in Winthrop, Maine. Eileen enjoyed skiing, playing sports, attending her children's sporting events; gardening, home decorating / redecorating; paddling and camping on the Saco River with her family and friends; spending summers at her beloved Winthrop, Maine lake house, while spending her winters in Southern Arizona. In addition to her husband Carl, Eileen is survived by her sons Eric Baczewski, Brian Baczewski of Fort Collins, CO, Craig Baczewski of Hampton, NH, her daughter Amy (Baczewski) Montgomery, and her son-in-law Robert Montgomery of Pittston, ME as well as her grandchildren; Harper Baczewski, CJ Baczewski, Emerson Baczewski, Cole Montgomery, Nora Montgomery, Lily Montgomery, and Madelyn Montgomery.
