FARMINGDALE - Glenda Rice Nisbet, 85, of Farmingdale died Friday, Aug. 19, 2005, at MaineGeneral Medical Center in Augusta. She was born in Phippsburg on July 17, 1920, the daughter of Forrest and Iva (Black) Rice. She was a graduate of Gardiner High School, class of 1940. Glenda was married to the late Russell Nisbet for 61 years. He died in 2004. Mrs. Nisbet is survived by her two sons, Orville R. Nisbet and his wife, Laurie, of Lincolnville and Russell L. Nisbet and his wife, Jennifer, of Nobleboro; eight grandchildren and one great-grandson. At the request of Glenda, there will be no funeral service.
