WINTHROP ? Gloria LeBrun, 100, died Friday, Nov. 9, 2001, at Heritage Rehabilitation and Living Care in Winthrop. She attended Catholic schools in Lewiston. A homemaker for much of her life, Gloria loved gardening and flowers. She was a member of Winthrop Senior Citizens, Ladies of St. Anne, and St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Winthrop. Earlier this year, she was predeceased by a sister, Irene Rancourt. She is survived by her son, Roland Lebrun, and his wife, Audrey, of Winthrop; a sister, Lena Couture, of Sabattus; three grandchildren, Steven Lebrun, and his wife, Joanne, of Winthrop, Susan Hobart, and her husband, Brian, of Readfield, and Tina Marie LeBrun, of New York, N.Y.; two great grandchildren, Jason Wheeler, of Mount Vernon, and Andrew Wheeler, of Readfield; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 9 a.m. Monday, Nov. 12, at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Winthrop, with the Rev. Brian Blanchette, celebrant. Burial will follow at St. Peter's Cemetery in Lewiston. For those who wish, memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 10 Bangor St. Suite F, Augusta 04330.
