MOUNT VERNON- John Wallace Diplock, 64, passed away at home after a long battle with cancer. He was born on October 12, 1959, in Augusta to Robert and Joan (Danbourg) Diplock.
John graduated from Cony High School. After high school he went on to spend his life doing flooring for the family business.
John was a life long Red Sox and Patriots fan and also enjoyed golf, pool and old western movies. If the weather was fair you could usually find him in his garden or tinkering with something in the yard.
John is predeceased by, his mother Joan (Danbourg) Diplock
He is survived by his father Robert Diplock, his wife Roxanne Diplock his three children, Sara Harkness, Lisa Diplock, and Hank Diplock, his three grandchildren Jackson, Gabriella and Olivia French, his siblings David Diplock, Peter Diplock, Robyn Savoy, Tom Diplock and Charles Diplock as well as many nieces, nephews and other extended family.
A celebration of life will be held at the American Legion, 7 Legion Dr in Augusta, ME from 1p-4p on March 2nd.
