JUDITH MARIE LYONS 1959 - 2021 READFIELD- Judith Marie Lyons, 61, died at her home with her family by her side on Tuesday, September 21, 2021 after a courageous battle with lung cancer. She was born in Augusta on December 21, 1959, the daughter of the late Jack and Betty (Crocker) Lyons. Judy grew up in Winthrop and was educated in Winthrop schools. She held various jobs throughout her life, including Filter Belts, Mulligans and Longfellows. Judy's family was everything to her. She loved spending time with her daughters, Jennifer and Liz, her life partner, Danny, and her three grandchildren, Austin, Gabe and Addy. She also enjoyed growing and reaping the benefits of her vegetable and flower gardens. Judy was predeceased by brothers Timothy, Rance, Dale, and Johnny Lyons and sisters Isobel Pinkham, Roxanne Frost, Peggy Alexander, Grace Lyons and Patricia Hunter. She is survived by her two daughters, Jennifer Lyons of Readfield and Elizabeth Lyons and husband, Sean Crowell, of Gray; brother Sherman Lyons of Topsham; her life partner, Danny Willett, of Readfield; sisters Sandra Arnold and Lorie Lyons, both of Winthrop; and the loves of her life, her grandkids, Austin, Gabe and Addy Crowell. There will be no services at this time.
