Sadly, on October 26, 2023, Karen D'Agostino from Auburn, Maine, lost her life in a tragic car accident. She was 43 years old. Karen had a passion for connecting with others. She possessed an infectious energy when engaging in conversations and would initiate small talk wherever she went. Karen thoroughly enjoyed socializing over meals with her friends and was a dedicated shopper who embraced the thrill of discovering fantastic deals. Karen was a social butterfly. She loved being part of a group and enjoyed helping others whenever possible.
We will fondly remember Karen's quirky sense of humor, fierce determination, and generous spirit. It's hard to accept that you're gone. Everyone you left behind can't help but feel the sadness of your departure. We take solace in the thought that you're finally free from pain. You'll always be loved and missed by us until we meet again.
You will be missed dearly by your siblings, Jennifer D'Agostino, Sarah Mcelroy, and George Hancock; your mother, Kathleen Schmidt and stepfather, Joseph Schmidt; your children, Jimmy, Robby, Warren, Violet, and Katelynn; and your friends, Leah and John.
Arrangements are in the care of the Roberts Funeral Home, 62 Bowdoin Street, Winthrop where condolences and memories may be shared with the family on the obituary page of the funeral home website by visiting www.khrfuneralhomes.com
