WINTHROP- Michele Jean Swift, 57, passed away at her home in Winthrop after a long illness. Michele was born on September 14, 1968, in Binghamton, NY, to the late George Brown Jr. and Barbara Williams. She graduated from Winthrop High School and was a lifelong resident. Michele loved to read and enjoyed baking with her daughter, Rachel. She enjoyed the holiday season and was known for taking pictures. She would spend afternoons at Reid State Park, walking the beach and enjoying the waves and sunshine as well as taking day trips to Boothbay with her husband, which was her favorite. Michele was deeply rooted in her faith and always enjoyed her time spent at church, bringing a light for Jesus. Michele is survived by her husband, Lee of 22 years, daughter Rachel and her best friend, Tanya Barnes. As well as her in-laws and extended family. She is predeceased by her parents.
