Fayette - Pamela Ann McLallen, 59, died Sunday, May 9, 2004, at MaineGeneral Medical Center in Augusta, after a courageous 5?-month battle with cancer. She was born Aug. 26, 1944, in Halifax, Nova Scotia, the daughter of Dennis and Anna Perrin. Pam was a loving wife, mother and grandmother, and treasured the time she spent with her family. She loved her farmhouse in Maine along with her community and her friends. She actively served in the Fayette Fire Auxiliary, where she was treasurer and pie baker. She also volunteered at the Underwood Library in Fayette. She was predeceased by her parents and a granddaughter, Emily McLallen. Pam is survived by her husband of 36 years, Ronald McLallen of Fayette; two sons, Frank McLallen and his wife Teri, of Sykesville, Md., and Andrew McLallen and his wife, Lee, of Voluntown, Conn.; two brothers, David and Wayne Perrin of Nova Scotia; four sisters, Rosalie Perrin, Donna Benoit, Michele Snow, and Melanie Murray, all of Nova Scotia; and three grandchildren, Stefanie, Lindsey and Nathan McLallen. Relatives and Friends are invited to visit from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Roberts Funeral Home, 62 Bowdoin St., Winthrop, where a celebration of Pamela?s life will be held 9:00 a.m. Wednesday. Pam would appreciate flowers or donations made in her memory to the Fayette Fire Auxiliary or the American Cancer Society.
