MONMOUTH- Patricia "Pat" S. Burnham 87, a resident of Back St. Passed away Monday June 17 at Marshwood center in Lewiston. She was born on September 08, 1937, the daughter of Francis L. Smith and Marion Hanes Smith. Pat was a graduate of Monmouth academy class of 1955. She married Reginald Burnham on December 7, 1957, in Winthrop. They made their home on Back St. in North Monmouth where they raised 3 children, Kirk, Kim and Karen. Pat loved and cherished all the time with her children and family. She enjoyed cooking, gardening and traveling with her husband. She was predeceased by her son, Kirk Burnham in August of 1997, Daughter, Karen Burnham in March of 2024 and her husband in December of 2001. She is survived by her daughter Kimberly Torza and her husband David of East Hampton CT, Daughter in law Susan Smith of North Monmouth, Grandsons Timothy Burnham of North Monmouth, Alex Burnham of Winthrop, Brother Ed and Wife Darlene of North Wayne, Sister Betty Houston of Richmond, Sister Robin Smith and her husband Pat of Monmouth. Pat and Karen's graveside service will be held on Friday, June 28 at 11am at the Monmouth Ridge Cemetery, Cemetery Road, Monmouth. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited.
