AUGUSTA ? Ralph Edward Good, 51, died suddenly on Friday morning, Feb. 14, 2003, in Augusta. Ralph had had a brief illness for the past several weeks. He was born in Portland, April 4, 1951, the son of Philip G. and Eleanor (Munson) Good. Ralph graduated from South Portland High School, class of 1969, and received his associate's degree from the University of Maine at Bangor. He worked during his early life for F.W. Woolworth, Benoits, Strictly Formal and Hannaford Bros. in Augusta. Ralph spent a great deal of his spare time in athletic endeavors, mainly winter sports and bicycling, which kept him in excellent physical condition throughout his formative years. He was also very interested in gardening activities. Ralph was predeceased by his mother, Eleanor. He is survived by his father, Phil; two brothers, Peter and wife Lyn, and Mark and wife Pam; as well as a sister, Ann Pare and husband Phil; and many nieces and nephews. There will be no visiting hours. A graveside service will be held in the spring at the family lot in Riverside Cemetery of Farmington.
