Raymond
Baillargeon
Sep 17, 1958 — Feb 6, 2026
Ray grew up in Manchester. He attended Winthrop and Maranacook schools and graduated from Winthrop High School.
Ray worked at the Augusta Civic Center. While there, he formed many friendships especially with Tony, Patrick & Margaret. Ray was a very hard worker his whole life.
Ray loved the outdoors. Loved to go four wheeling with one of his dearest friends, Mike McKenney. He spent many Saturday nights in his “Man Cave” playing cribbage with his friends.
He took great pride in his home and always kept his lawn mowed “just right”.
Ray & his wife love to go to Disney. It truly was their happy place. He loved the Florida sunshine.
Ray was of quick wit. He had a great mind and could figure out just about anything. He was a mentor and a true friend to many.
Ray is predeceased by his parents Denis Baillargeon and Gloria (Robichaud) Laflin. He is survived by his wife, Georgia of 47 years, his sister Lisa Whittier & her husband Gordon of Mount Vernon, nephews Greg & Dwight Whitter, his sister-in-law Linda Rollins of Augusta and many cousins and a big circle of friends.
A graveside service will take place at Glenside in Winthrop this May, more information to follow.
Ray will be sadly missed.
