Rumford- Sandra Jane Richard, 72, of Rumford, passed away peacefully on May 25, 2026. She was born on January 20, 1954.

Sandra found joy in life’s simple pleasures. She loved gardening, dancing, and, most of all, spending cherished time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her warmth, kindness, and vibrant spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by her children: John Danforth and his partner Shari Mitchell; Jeff Danforth; Angie Stewart and her husband Richard; and Chad Richard and his fiancée Sara. She also leaves behind several grandchildren and great-grandchildren who brought her immense pride and happiness. Sandra was predeceased by her parents, Kenneth and Shirley Mann; her grandson, Jordan Roy; and her granddaughter, Zoe Danforth.
